Luise Heiderhoff gained early experience as an assistant director in theatre and worked on several projects with Sivan Ben Yishai and Marie Bues. Whilst studying Theatre and Literary Studies (BA) and Applied Literary Studies (MA) in Berlin, she turned her attention increasingly towards the film industry. She worked for several years at a Berlin-based film production company, focusing on dramaturgy, story development and production. In 2024/2025, she completed the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris, a one-year further training programme focusing on international co-productions. As part of this, she produced the short film “Stay Hydrated” for ARTE/SWR and worked for Condor Distributions in Paris.
Since 2025, she has been working in the development and production department of AMOUR FOU Luxembourg. She oversees short and feature films as well as documentaries at various stages of development.
